About the Role
At Technuva, we build modern, AI-native products that solve real-world problems at scale. We are looking for curious, motivated Junior Full Stack Developers who are excited about building end-to-end web applications and growing into strong product engineers.
This role is designed for early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to frontend, backend, databases, and AI-powered platforms, while working closely with experienced engineers and product teams.
What You Will Work On

Building user-facing features using React.js with a strong focus on usability and performance.

Assisting in the development of backend services and APIs using Node.js.

Working with PostgreSQL databases for data storage, queries, and basic optimizations.

Leveraging AI tools and platforms to accelerate development, debugging, and learning.

Collaborating with senior engineers to understand system design, scalability, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of React.js fundamentals (components, state, props, hooks).
- Basic understanding of Node.js and backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture.
- Interest in AI platforms, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-driven products.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- ✨ Academic, personal, or internship projects using React, Node.js, or full stack technologies.
- ✨ Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- ✨ Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or modern frontend tooling.
- ✨ Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as part of development.
